It's been a couple months since our last quick update. Since the last short newsletter, we mentioned that we would be catching up to our reports, but we realized that these reports done on this newsletter are not able to address all the questions and interests that our users are inquiring about.

Thus, we sought out a new way to grow CSW as well as build something that has more long lasting impact for the sake of financial transparency. In the last couple months, we’ve worked with and got partners that have helped us build a new tool called Insights that we will be running a beta program this December.

Insights is a tool powered by AI that will allow people to ask the Senate and House stock watcher data questions in readable English. If this tool goes well and we get a lot of adoption, we will be adding more data from other sources to answer more comprehensive and interesting questions that you Stock Watchers may have.

Questions like: “Who is the best trader in the House with the highest yearly returns?” or “What’s the average time between major stock news headlines and Senator disclosures?” These types of questions will be answerable via this tool in the future as adoption and interest grow.

Between July 1st and July 18th, Congresspeople disclosed a total of 172 transactions, consisting of 80 purchases, 61 full sales, 31 partial sales, and 0 exchanges. 

The total amount traded was $7,141,172, consisting of $3,465,080 in purchases, $2,165,061 in full sales, and $1,511,031 in partial sales. 

Senate Disclosures

Democrat Thomas Carper of Delaware’s spouse reported two transactions from June. They reported a full sale of Office Property Income Trust (OPI), a corporate bond worth between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars. They also reported a purchase of a Broadcom corporate bond of between 15,000 and 50,000 dollars. 

Republican Thomas Tuberville of Alabama reported 27 transactions from June. Notable transactions include: One purchase and one full sale of 250,000-500,000 each of Qualcomm stock, Multiple 100,000-250,000 dollar transactions include purchases of United States Steel Corporation Common Stock, Paypal Holdings Inc, and sales of Common Copper Corporation. Other stock transactions include NVIDIA, Intel, Barrick Gold Corporation, and Stratasys Ltd. 

Tennessee Republican Bill Hagerty reported four 100,000 - 250,000 dollar purchases for each of his four children’s trust funds. All four purchases were of Hill Partners Inc, a commercial real estate company that specializes in open-air shopping centers. 

Republican Lindsay Graham of South Carolina reported three transactions from June. He purchased 16,000-65,000 dollars in “iShares iBonds Dec 2023 Term Corporate ETF” and sold a “Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities” for between 15,000 and 50,000 dollars. 

Republican Dan Sullivan of Arkansas disclosed a full sale of RPM International stock of between 15,000-50,000 dollars. 

Republican Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia disclosed 9 transactions from June. She disclosed one purchase of CMS Energy Corporation Common Stock of between 1,000-15,000 dollars. She disclosed 7 sales of between 1,000-15,000 dollars of Ford, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Bristol-Myers Squibb, 3M Company, and International Business Machines Corporate stock, and one sale of Intel Corporation Common Stock for between 15,000-50,000 dollars. 

House Disclosures

California Democrat Alan Lowenthal reported a full sale of Uber stock of between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars. 

Democrat Cindy Axne of Iowa reported a 1,000 - 15,000 dollar full sale of Bellring Brands stock, a nutrition delivery company.

Democrat Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida reported two purchases of between 2,000 and 30,000 dollars total of Alamos Gold Inc Class A Common Shares.

Democrat Donald Beyer of Virginia reported a 15,000 - 50,000 dollar full sale of a called government security of Farmington, New Mexico Pollution VAR.  

Oregon Democrat Earl Blumenauer reported 4 transactions this week from his spouse’s retirement portfolio. He reported 2 purchases; a 1,000 - 15,000 purchase of Warner Bros, Discovery stock and a 15,000-50,000 dollar purchase of Sanofi - American Depositary Shares. He also reported 2 sales of between 2,000-30,000 dollars in IMAX stock. 

North Carolina Democrat Kathy Manning reported 18 sales and ONE purchase from June. Her reported full and partial stock sales total between 319,000 and 910,000 dollars and include notable companies like Adobe, Blackstone, Chipotle, Netflix, Nvidia, and Snap Inc, and Visa. She made a single purchase of 250,000 - 500,000 dollars of Wonder Media Network private stock, a female-founded audio-first media company that “uses stories to inspire action, to promote equality and justice, and to introduce empathy into politics, business, and culture.”

Democrat Kurt Schrader of Oregon reported 3 transactions from June: He reported a purchase of Dollar General stock of between 1,000-15,000 dollars. He also reported two sales of Hilton Worldwide Holdings and Old Westbury Municipal Bond Fund of between 16,000 and 65,000 dollars. 

Republican Virginia Foxx of North Carolina reported 25 transactions from the month of June. She reported 13 purchases of between 139,000 and 435,000 dollars of Capital One, National Health Investors Inc, and UBS Bank stocks to name a few. She also reported 12 full sales of between 866,000 and 2,115,00 dollars of Altaria Group, AT&T, Clearway Energy, Enterprise Products Partners LP, Exxon Mobil, Green Plains Partners LP, Manulife FInancial Corporation, Plains All American Pipeline LP, Rio Tinto Plc, Schwab S&P 500, and TotalEnergies SE stock. 

Republican Pete Sessions of Texas reported two purchases of between 1,000-15,000 dollars each, of DigitalBridge Group and NVIDIA stocks. 

Democrat James Langevin of Rhode Island disclosed 15 transactions from June. His largest disclosures were three 50,000-100,000 dollar purchases of AirBNB and Block Inc stock and a  50,000-100,000 sale of AirBNB.  He also reported trades of Generac, Meta, and Doordash stocks. 

Texas Democrat Lloyd Doggett disclosed four purchases of 1,000-15,000 dollars of International Business Machines Corporation, Home Depot, Johnson & Johnson, and PPG Industries Inc stocks. 

California Democrat Brad Sherman disclosed two US Treasury Note purchases of $15,001 - $50,000 dollars and $250,001 - $500,000 dollars each.

California Democrat Zoe Lofgren reported a 1,000-15,000 dollar purchase of Ally Financial Inc stock. 

And finally, California Democrat Nancy Pelosi reported 3 large transactions from June 17th-21st. She sold 10k shares of Visa, Inc for between 1,000,001 - 5,000,000 dollars. She exercised 200 CALL options of 20 thousand shares of NVIDIA Corporation at a 100 dollar expiry, resulting in a purchase of between 1,000,000-5,000,000 dollars. She exercised 50 CALL options in Apple INC with a $100 expiry, resulting in a sale of between 100,000-250,000 dollars.

Senators have reported 109 trades in the $501,000-$1,000,000 bracket from January 2019 and April 2022. Of these 109 large trades, 80 were reported by Senator Scott’s spouse, and every single one was a municipal security trade.

Municipal securities are bonds issued by states, cities, counties and other governmental entities to raise money for public goods and services like roads and bridges, schools, and recreation facilities.

As of July 2022, there are about 400 municipal security trades reported by congressional members, and Rick Scott accounts for 173 of them. With Senator Scott accounting for such a high percentage of this category of exchange, especially at the highest bracket amounts, we must ask what exactly is Scott investing in, and what are his motivations?

With a fine mix of general, revenue, and utility bonds, Senator Scott invests mainly in these areas: Universities, medical centers, sanitation services, transportation services like port authorities and airports, and general obligation bonds for county seats in many different states. Scott’s municipal security holdings are located in a diverse array of states from all corners of the United States: Michigan, North Carolina, California, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, and of course Florida to name a few.

So what, if anything, does a Senator from Florida have to do with municipal works projects across the country, and why is he trading at such a high volume? 

Scott’s municipal security spending spree began in 2019, slowed a bit in 2021, and continued in 2022. It is not uncommon for political figures to invest in revenue bonds in highly contested states or counties to signal trust and transparency. In 2019 alone the Senator had 58 trades of $500,001 and higher for municipal security bonds, in the divisive election year of 2020 he had 23. It slowed significantly in 2021, with only 8 the entire year, and with 2022 being half way over, he is already at 6.

As Florida is positioning itself as a center of conservative politics, a foil to the progressive stronghold of California, we may be seeing an example of a conservative Floridian leader sharing their success with swing states through monetary investment in public services. With California producing many national political players throughout the last few years including  Vice President Kamala Harris, maybe this is an example of Flordian politicians expanding to a national stage. With two major 2024 Republican Presidential frontrunners, former president Trump and governor Ron DeSantis,  there is no telling Florida is positioning itself to be the new center of United States conservative politics, and there is no doubt that Senator Scott is taking this into consideration when deciding how to invest his immense wealth.

With the 2020 election having multiple highly contested counties, this could be the answer. But how then do you explain his investment in states like California, New York, and Massachusetts?

Because blue states typically have more concentrated populations of people in their dense, sprawling cities, millions more in tax revenue flows through the governing bodies. This means there is more tax revenue available to fund public works projects on a larger scale and faster timeline than rural, less populous states, where their tax revenue makes it difficult to pay for every proposed major project. 

In high uncertainty market periods like what the global economy has been under since 2020, the ultra-wealthy (including our representatives) tend to choose safety over high-risk high-return investments, and municipal bonds are a traditionally safe investment. In addition, most municipal bonds are tax exempt so large sums of money invested will generate tax-free interest over the time-span of the bond, with some expiring in over 20 years. As municipal bonds tend to have a high return, and are relatively safe, and there is a greater opportunity for municipal projects in blue states because of their dependably large population, Senator Scott could simply be making a smart, safe investment in blue states.

While we will never know any Senator’s precise reasoning behind their investments, we can use data collected to speculate. Our Senate Stock Watcher team will be watching Scott’s next moves closely, and will be keeping you updated on the rest of our congressional leaders’ exchanges in future spotlight updates!

Welcome to our bi-weekly written update, where we share the latest security transactions reported by US House and Senate representatives!

Between June 9th and June 30th, Congresspeople disclosed a total of 150 transactions, with the majority of transactions occurring between late April and mid June. There were 91 purchases, 29 full sales, 26, partial sales, and 4 exchanges. 

The total dollar amount traded was about $7,404,149. $6,401,090 in purchases,  $447,029 in full sales, $54,026 in partial sales, and $502,004 in exchanges. 

The dollar amount spent on purchases accounts for 86% of the total amount!! This is staggering, considering only representatives reported only $4,197,169 in purchases for the entire month of May!

Senate Disclosures

Thomas Tuberville, a Republican Senator from Alabama and former head football coach of Auburn University, reported 7 transactions from May 2022. He jointly purchased between 300,000 and 600,000 dollars in PayPal stock. On May 31st, he purchased 100,000-250,000 dollars in United States Steel Corporation Common Stock, while also selling one 30 dollar call option and one 23 dollar put option for 15,000-30,000 dollars each in the US Steel Corporation. The stock’s value was 25 dollars on May 31st, but has fallen to under 20 dollars since June 16th. 

Mitch McConnell, the Republican Senate Minority Leader from Kentucky, reported one transaction this week. His spouse made a dividend reinvestment of Wells Fargo stock of between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars. 

Republican Rick Scott of Florida is continuing his municipal security spending spree. Senator Scott’s spouse purchased a revenue bond valued between 500,000 and 1 Million Dollars for Lee County, Florida Health Care Facilities, with a rate of 5.75% and it matures in October 2042 (20 years). 

House Disclosures

Democrat Alan Lowenthal of California reported 17 transactions from May 7th through June 15th, all of which involved his IRA and Revocable Trust accounts. All but one trade was made in the 1,000 to 15,000 dollar range. He reported two exchanges of International Flavors and Fragrances stock and two fulls sales of General Motors and Equinox Inc.

Republican David McKinly of West Virginia purchased between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars in Global Payments Inc. stock as part of his spouse’s IRA. 

Republican David Joyce of Ohio reported 3 transactions in May, all in the 1,000 to 15,000 dollar range. He sold a Global X U.S. Infrastructure Development stock, and purchased both Invesco Aerospace and Defense stock and a Vanguard Short-Term Corporate Bond. 

Democrat Debbie Dingell of Michigan reported two purchases of corporate securities valued between 15,000 and 50,000 dollars each: of Ally Financial and Paramount Global. 

Democrat Doris Matsui of California reported a purchase of at least one million dollars from June 3rd, 2022. She purchased a convertible promissory note (loan) for Intrinsic Exchange Group, Inc. 

Republican Doug Lamborn of Colorado reported 6 transactions from June 6th, 2022, three sales and three purchases of 17,000-80,000 dollars of NetApp, Inc stock. 

Democrat Ed Perlmutter of Colorado made 7 sales in the 1,000-15,000 dollar range of Amazon, Apple, Ford, and Microsoft stocks. 

Democrat Josh Gottheimer of New Jersey reported 21 transactions from May 2022. These trades from his Morgan Stanley UMA Account consisted of 10 purchases and 11 sales, all in the 1,000 - 15,000 dollar range. 

Republican Kevin Hern of Oklahoma reported 7 transactions from May. He made 2 full sales and 5 purchases, all in the 1,000-15,000 dollar price range. 

Democrat Lois Frankel  of Florida reported 24 transactions from April 25th-June 1st 2022, all in the 1,000-15,000 dollar price range. 

Republican María Elvira Salazar of Florida reported an exchange of between 250,000 and 500,000 dollars from February 14th, 2022. According to her disclosure report, Salazar had private shares in Cano Health Inc, and opted to exchange them for public shares when a public acquisition company purchased all equity in Cano Health entities. 

Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia reported 9 purchases from June 10th 2022. 3 purchases were made in the 1,000-15,000 dollar range, while 6 purchases were in the 15,000-50,000 dollar range, for a total of 93,000 - 345,000 dollars in purchases.

Republican Michael Guest of Mississippi reported one 50,000 - 100,000 purchase of a Mississippi State University bond, his Alma Meter.

Republican Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania reported two transactions from April 2022. He reported a full sale of between 100,000 and 250,000 dollars of Ohio State Common School District municipal bond, and a purchase of between 50,000 and 100,000 dollars of the Utah Intermountain Power Agency, which according to Fitch Ratings, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power purchases the majority of the IPA’s project output. 

Republican Mo Brooks of Alabama reported a purchase of between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars of a Duke Energy corporate bond. 

Democrat Sara Jacobs of California reported a 1 million - 5 million dollar purchase of US Treasury Notes. 

Democrat Vincente Gonzalez of Texas reported a full sale of Freeport-McMoran Inc of between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars and and one purchase of Tesla stock of between 100,000-250,000

Republican Michael Burgess of Texas reported two partial sales of Amazon and Stryker Corporation stock of between 2,000-30,000 dollars and a purchase of Amazon stock of between 15,000-50,000 dollars. 

Republican Bob Gibbs of Ohio reported one purchase of Ford Motor Company stock of between 1,000-15,000 dollars. 

Democrat Scott Peters of California reported 9 government security purchases of between 100,000 and 1 Million dollars each. These California security purchases include the California State Water Utility, the San Francisco Bart, Cerritos Community College, and Orange County Revenue UTX among others, totalling between 1.75 million and 3.75 million dollars. 

Democrat Susan DelBene of Washington reported 5 purchases and one full sale of government securities from Hawaii, Maryland, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York, for a total of at least 880,000 dollars. 

Republican Trey Hollingsworth of Indiana reported 8 purchases of Owl Rock Capital Corporation stock, a middle-market loan company, totalling between 331,000 and 765,000 dollars. 

Democrat Bill Keating of Maryland reported two transactions from his IRA account, a 1,000 - 15,000 dollar purchase of US Treasury security and a 15,000 - 50,000 dollar purchase of Netflix corporate security.

This episode is the second in the series, and will now be bi-weekly with the blog being weekly. I catch us up on June data, aggregate trades with some context, and as usual some trading highlights from Senators and Representatives.

To give a quick overview, it was a busy week in the world of CSW, including some big disclosures from Nancy Pelosi and more of Madison Cawthorn’s crypto disclosures from early 2022.

With that being said, here are our data totals for the week!

Senate

The only Senator to report this week was Democrat Thomas Carper of Delaware’s spouse. They reported 19 transactions on June 3rd, 2022, and all were in the $1,000-$15,000 range, comprising of 15 sale and 4 purchases.

• 12 transactions were made on May 10th, 2022. 10 partial sales, and two purchases. 

• 6 transactions were made on May 16th, 4 sales and 2 purchases. 

  • Carper made one purchase on May 23rd of a Ryder Systems corporate bond, a transportation and logistics company based out of Miami, Florida. 

  • One stock was fully sold: Johnson Controls International, a fire security equipment company from Ireland. 

  • The rest of his transactions were securities from notable financial companies like First Trust Dow Jones Internet Index Fund, First Trust Nasdaq Cybersecurity ETF, and SPDR Gold Trust among others. 

There are no repeating companies in these 19 reported transactions. Talk about a diverse portfolio!

House

There were 109 House disclosures between June 1st and June 8th.

The following representatives made only a single transaction this week:

• Republican Greg Murphy of North Carolina sold a condominium for between $250,000 dollars and $500,000 dollars on May first. 

• Democrat Lloyd Doggett of Austin, Texas purchased between 1,000 dollars and 15,000 dollars of Proctor and Gamble stock on May sixteenth. 

• Republican Ron Estes of Kansas fully sold between 15,000 dollars and 50,000 dollars of Honeywell International stock on May 31st. 

Democrat Chellie Pingree of Portland Maine purchased between 100,000 dollars and 250,000 dollars in “United States Treasury Notes” on May 26th. 

• According to TreasuryDirect, “Treasury notes, sometimes called T-Notes, earn a fixed rate of interest every six months until maturity. Notes are issued in terms of 2, 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.” They are essentially low risk, low reward government bonds and the investment rate grows with increasing the security term. 

• According to TreasuryDirect’s records, two transactions were made on May 26th, so Pingree either purchased a 13 week term with a 1.078% investment rate, or a 25 week term with a 1.563% investment rate. 

Democrat Don Beyer of Arlington, Virginia reported a full sale of between 15,000 dollars and 50,000 dollars of New York City Transitional Finance Authority bonds. 

• According to NYC.gov, The New York City Transitional Finance Authority “is a public benefit corporation whose primary purpose is to finance a portion of New York City’s capital improvement plan… (ellipses) … [the TFA is permitted] to have outstanding $13.5 billion of Future Tax Secured Bonds (excluding Recovery Bonds).” 

Democrat Cindy Axne of Iowa reported 12 transactions on June third, all from the month of May and all in the 1,000 to 15,000 dollar range, comprising 6 sales and 6 purchases.

• She purchased between 3,000 and 45,000 dollars in Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Company, and the same amount in Danaher Corporation. KKR is a global private equity and investment banking company based in New York, and Danaher Corporation is a Washington, D.C. based conglomerate that deals in medical, industrial, and commercial products and services. 

• Axne also fully sold between 6,000 and 90,000 dollars in JP Morgan and Johnson and Johnson securities. 

On May 20th, Debbie Wasserman Schultz of the greater Miami area made three full sales of Patterson-UTI Energy security for between 3,000 and 45,000 dollars.

Democrat Earl Blumenauer of Portland, Oregon made four transactions in May concerning his spouse’s portfolio.

• He made two full sales in May; a 1,000-15,000 dollar sale of Vodafone Group stock, and a 1,000-15,000 dollar sale of Citigroup stock. 

• He purchased a 1,000-15,000 dollar purchase of security in Northwest Natural Holding Company, a natural gas public utility servicing Western Oregon and Southwest Washington. 

• He also made a 15,000-50,000 dollar purchase of an international corporate security on May 25th. 

Democrat James Langevin of Rhode Island reported 13 transactions from the month of May. 

• His subholding company purchased 50,000 - 100,000 dollars and also sold between 1,000-15,000 dollars in AirBnB stock. 

• In a similar manner 30,000-100,000 dollars in stock was purchased and 16,000-65,000 dollars was sold in DoorDash stock and options. 

• His subholding company also sold a Meta option of 1,000-15,000 dollars. 

• The last transactions of note were two 1,000-15,000 dollar option sales and one 15,000-50,000 dollar stock purchase of Block, Inc, a financial services and digital payments company formerly named Square, Inc. 

Democrat Kathy Manning of North Carolina reported 7 joint stock transactions from the from May 27th:

• She purchased 18,000-95,000 dollars in the following stocks: Amazon, ASML Holding , Estee Lauder, and ServiceNow Inc. 

• She partially sold 17,000-80,000 dollars in the following stocks: American GTower, CME Group, and Visa. 

Democrat Kurt Schrader of Oregon reported 3 transactions from May. He sold 15,000-50,000 dollars in NRG Energy stock, and sold between 1,000-15,000 dollars in Alphabet.

Republican Michael Burgess of Texas partially sold 2,000-30,000 dollars in Stryker Corporation stock, a medical technology company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California reported four large purchases from May.

• She purchased between 750,000 dollars and 1.5 million dollars in Apple call options, with a strike price of 80 dollars. 

• And purchased between 300,000 dollars and 600,000 dollars in Microsoft call options with a 180 dollar strike price. 

Republican Robert Witman of Virginia reported 11 transactions from May. He made 2 stock transactions, and 9 asset-backed security transactions, comprising of 6 Sales of 1,000-15,000 dollars each and 5 purchases of 1,000-15,000 dollars each. 

Republican Viriginia Foxx of North Carolina reported 20 transactions from May. Notably, she sold between 50,000 and 100,000 dollars Hercules Capital stock, a venture lending company. 

Lastly, Republican Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina reported 25 transactions on June 8th, dating from January 4th to May 18th. We will for sure discuss Cawthorn’s ongoing crypto saga in depth on our next podcast! Please comment with questions or ideas you want to hear us discuss!

Also keep in mind the numbers reported here are from his disclosure forms. You may have seen more accurate figures reported directly from his digital wallet, but we have chosen to only report what Cawthorn himself has chosen to disclose.

• Cawthorn purchased between 47,000 dollars and 180,000 dollars in BitCoin,

• He purchased between 31,000 -115,000 dollars in Etherium, and also sold between 30,000 and 100,000 dollars in Etherium

• In Kryll, he purchased between 65,000 dollars and 160,000 dollars, and sold between 51,000 and 115,000 dollars,

• On January 4th, he partially sold between 15,000 and 50,000 dollars in Let’s Go Brandon Coin,

• In Solana, he purchased between 18,000 and 95,000 dollars and sold 30,000-100,000 dollars,

• On March 23rd, 24th, and 25th, Cawthorn made two purchases and one sale of between 1,000 and 15,000 dollars of virtual US Dollars. 

• On May 18th, Cawthorn purchased an asset-backed SPDR S&P500 ETF (exchange traded fund) for between 100,000 and 250,000 dollars. This was the only transaction legally reported within the 45-day filing window, and his only non-cryptocurrency transaction reported. 

  • 2022 Crypto Purchase total: between 163,000 - 570,000 dollars

  • 2022 Crypto Sale Total: between 127,000 - 380,000 dollars

  • 2022 Crypto Net: between 36,000 - 190,000 dollars

There were 288 total disclosures in May 2022: 170 purchases, 108 sales, and 10 exchanges. At least $7,333,287 was traded! Congresspeople purchased at least $4,197,169, sold at least $2,978,108, and exchanged at least $158,010. 

Here are some interesting disclosures from the month of May!

The oldest transaction reported in May was a trade from TWO YEARS AGO: Delaware’s Democratic Senator Thomas Carper’s spouse reported two transactions from April 3rd 2020. These were an exchange worth between $1,000-15,000, between RTN and UTX, both Raytheon affiliates.

In April, Florida Republican Senator Rick Scott’s spouse purchased Municipal securities worth at least $1,250,000. These two large purchases were of Broward County Florida Airport System bonds totalling at least $750,000, and a Jacksonville Florida Transportation revenue bond for at least $500,000. In short, the former Governor of Florida is investing heavily in his state’s public transportation systems. 

Republican Bill Hagerty of Tennessee’s four children each purchased a $100,000 dollar minimum security in CareBridge. They are a national Employee Assistance program with Life management, financial, wellness, and legal services. Their website is… minimal. Here is their Executive Brief, containing 13 run-on sentences and 1 stock photo of San Francisco whoops New York City. 

Madison Cawthorn, the 26 year old Republican representative from Tennessee, is facing a financial scandal. Just days after the House Ethics Committee announced a probe into potential financial misconduct on May 23rd, Cawthorn voluntarily disclosed four cryptocurrency transactions from December 21st to December 31st 2021, over six months ago. He purchased at least $100,000 in “Let’s Go Brandon Coin”, posted pictures of himself with the coin’s founders on instagram, and sold at least $100,000 after the coin’s value rose 75%.Over the course of ten days. Not only does this violate the 45 day filing window of the STOCK act, evidence points to a potential “pump and dump” situation.
